Question 1

How fast can you get a technician to my facility?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, we dispatch a certified technician the same day, seven days a week across Phoenix and Charlotte. When you call, a live person answers and gives you an estimated arrival time immediately. We never send you to voicemail or make you wait for a callback.

Question 2

Do you fix automatic doors, or only manual commercial doors?

Accepted Answer

We repair all commercial door types: automatic sliding and swinging doors, overhead roll-up doors, storefront glass doors, hollow metal doors, dock doors, and security gates. Our technicians hold AAADM certification to service automatic door systems, a qualification most general contractors do not have.

Question 3

Will you overcharge me because it is an emergency repair?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide a full quote before any work begins, and the price quoted is the price you pay. We never add fees after the fact or pressure you into unnecessary repairs. Transparent, upfront pricing applies to every job, including emergency calls.

Question 4

What does AAADM certification mean and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

AAADM (American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers) certification qualifies technicians to service, inspect, and certify automatic door systems under ANSI/BHMA A156.10 standards. Without it, a repaired door may still expose your facility to liability, even if it appears to function correctly.

Question 5

Do you offer preventative maintenance programs for commercial doors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our VIP Membership Program provides scheduled inspections and priority dispatch for facilities managing multiple doors. Members catch wear issues early, avoiding costly reactive repairs. Contact us when you call to ask about current membership pricing and available plans.
